To foster continuous learning and professional enrichment, Little Angels’ College of Management (LACM) organized a Faculty Development Program at Himalaya Drishya Resort. The retreat offered a perfect blend of academic insight and collaborative exchange in a peaceful setting away from the classroom.
We were honored to have Dr. Prakash Chandra Bhattarai from Kathmandu University, who shared valuable insights on Publishing Research Journals, encouraging our faculty to engage in impactful academic contributions.
Our very own LACM faculty members also led engaging sessions— Mr. Avijit Thapa discussed best practices for writing effective student reference letters, and Mr. Kumar Lohala provided practical tips on using Gmail and Google Drive more efficiently and productively.
The program was a fantastic blend of knowledge-sharing and team bonding, aimed at empowering our educators with tools to better support our students and institution.
